Really good! But also a tad bit mad at myself because I have been eating all kinds of crap and gained back all the weight I lost........ Why oh why am I having such a hard time sticking with the low carb way of eating? I did it 6-7!yrs ago I guess it was? And I lost 150lbs! And I exercised faithfully every single day and I looked and felt great. But now? I dunno what the deal is.........
