My usual Tuesday fair...Jamaican fusion.
Today's special is sun dried tomato rubbed chicken w sauteed peppers,squash, zucchini, and fire roasted tomatoes in a basil tomato cream sauce. Tossed with cavatappi and topped with lemon and fresh basil.
