I'm very aware of the potassium need, I have bananas and cantaloupe here now. Oh, and the shoes...lol...from one who is on her feet, I know the shoe tricks as well. It was an extra active day, and I know it was lack of water.
Sometimes, just the height of my heel can bring on a cramp..lol. Ouch!
The pickle juice sounds interesting, however, I'm so limiting my salt intake.
Any other tips???
