I saw a cool idea on Facebook. Chickpea salad...instead of chicken salad...
I'm thinking of making up a batch. I'm gonna forage for some green onions and take some kale from my plants.
I'm already thinking ahead in my mind and going to blend chickpeas with tsziki sauce and other goodies I in pita bread....next time...
