Well...
While I was hiking all I could think about was Mac n cheese...and I am not a boxed Mac n cheese girl but..
I made a box of Velveeta bold with some broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix thrown in.
A piece of Texas toast on the side. Guess I needed my carbs today.
