The Muppets dropped by ABC. Say goodbye to Kermit and Miss Piggy. 
In what will surely be remembered as Bloody Thursday at ABC, The Muppets and Galavant have become the latest major series to be dropped.
The adult-themed primetime spinoff for Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog and the rest of your favourite Henson creations will not get a second season, the network decided on May 12.
The Muppets debuted with much fanfare last fall, as stars across ABC's biggest primetime shows starred with Fozzie Bear, Beaker and Pepe in comedic TV spots.
