I have no idea what I will actually eat. However, on Fridays I tend to make a few things that folks can grab and eat when they get hungry.
Pasta salad (I make it with the same base but have 3 different types of eaters here. So, I lay out 3 containers and go from there. Vegans get the veggies but no egg, young blood gets egg but no veggies, and I get the whole lot

pinto bean in the crock pot to be served with white rice or just a tortilla (beans are great, because whatever doesn't get eatin gets re-purposed for another dish. Very much a staple food for protein in a vegan/vegetarian household)
