2 cans herring fillets
1 can smoked oysters
saltines
quart and a half of ice cold milk
(put three 16 oz. plastic cups of milk
in the freezer about 20 minutes before
I started eating)
I was outside today a whole lot in hot, very humid weather talking with utility people on the phone, getting services put in my name and turned on for this upcoming Monday (closing on a home then) ... plus having utilities at the place I have been living turned off ... power utility is not going well ... I had to work hard to restrain my mouth ... seem to have moved to a co op area .... wtf with such picky rules!!! First exposure to this ... I will get the service with a little more paperwork.
I had to eat something that would give me high protein but not make me feel full. I would have blown my groceries if I had teamed up tonight with the hot, heavy, fill me up stuff.
