The nurse who seems to be confused as to what MY job as a cna entails. I had to remind her that if I WANTED to be doing her dressing changes, I would have gone to school for that, so I could make what she makes. However, I'm perfectly content making HALF of what she makes, so I'm not going to be doing her work. Plus I have more than enough of my own, especially since we worked short all night! PLUS, she is one of those people who smiles in your face and sticks a big machete in your back at the same time!!!! She had the nerve to ask me how can I be a cna for 20+ years and not be able to change the dressings??!! I said oh honey I most certainly know HOW to do it, but am I going to do it? Not just no, but HELL NO! Not when you can't even give somebody a glass of water! Heck my Mom can get someone a glass of ice water and she has no medical experience at all........ Whew, I feel better now that I got that off my chest!
