Orema, (or anyone else who manages to get up early on a consistent basis) are you naturally a morning person or do you have a secret that you could share with those of us who have trouble getting up in the mornings?

I'm taking notes!
I have never been a morning person. I like to ease into my day for the most part. My fam always said the only way I would rush out the door is if my house was on fire-- and they were not lying. I have just never been that person.

I think the key has been for me to discipline myself to go to bed at a decent time. Not at midnight or 1am and expect to feel "fresh" when I have to get up by 5:30am.

Also, I have never needed an alarm clock. Once my body gets used to a certain time I just get up then (even on the weekends). Not sure how it does it, but it always has even when I was younger.
