I made it to the gym 7 days in a row, and it feels good! If only I did not have to go back to work in September. Oh, well, enjoying it now

Day #5: 30 min stairmaster, 65 floors, 236 calories, 2.2 floors per min; 30 min. yoga and ab exercises

Day #6: 30 min stairmaster, Level 2-4, 71 floors, 250 calories, 2.3 floors per min; 30 min. weight lifting and stretching

Day #7: 30 min stairmaster, levels 2-4, 249 calories, 2.3 floors per min; 30 min back exercises, leg exercises, and stetching
