Tried one of those Brazilian restaurants where servers come round with meat spits. I enjoyed: shrimp, Parmesan chicken, spicy chicken, sausage, salmon, a variety of salads, beets...cinnamon roasted pineapple!!!!!! And a lovely bottle of wine. Conference life is glorious. There were many red meat options that I avoided so I could enjoy my night on the dance floor.
