My most recent gym times were Saturday, Wednesday, and today. On all three times I did stair master for 30 min. (level 2-4) and then 30 minutes of a combination of weight lifting, stretching, yoga, and floor exercises.
My gym has been under construction for quite awhile now but I think is starting to come back together. The old owners filed for bankruptcy. The new ones are making the gym worse but I guess the trade-off is that it's being kept open
