I get that. Hospitals are the worst places because all of that stuff is floating around and all it takes is one orderly or one doctor or nurse to not switch gloves or not scrub well enough and it starts a chain reaction of contagion. Actually, hospitals kind of gross me out if you think about all of the biological and medical waste that is in one. No shortage of bodily fluids there!
We practiced the 5 second rule a lot in our house. Maybe that helped. I became a lot healthier and stronger once I got out on my own. My mother and her husband smoked crazy wild and I spent basically my whole 5th year in hospitals. Maybe that helped. Who knows? Our bodies are strange and mystical things sometimes.
