I did this and it was good. I had a moment of slight insanity and switched the 4 cheese blend with gorgonzola. Good thing I didn't add the black olives I was considering. The salt would have been a bit too much with the two combined but it worked out and was creamy and delicious. I also added some sliced cherry tomatoes into the mix and some taco sauce.
