Update on the apple strudel: I didn't like it. Boooo, lol!
I tossed it out. My regular Apple strudel is the winner, so I'm making taking it to the birthday party this weekend. It's loaded with walnuts, cinnamon, and I use Pink Lady apples, which are so tasty.
Roasted lamb left overs tonight. Small garden salad, too.
I made a jello salad last night (Lime, with pineapple), so that's what having for dessert.
