Had what I'm basically trying to turn into a tempeh pulled pork sandwich lol Someone I know ended up with his tempeh looking almost like vegan pulled pork by accident one day and I've been trying to replicate it. A step closer today.

So basically smokey maple tempeh cut up (tried to get it to crumble instead) and cooked in pan with olive oil and bbq sauce. Put in sandwich with some shredded cheddar daiya. Followed it up with a banana and left over Ontario concord grapes.
