Intense emotions increase your pain level ten fold and you know this. Anger is the biggest colpurut especially when held in so let it go or have another night like tonight. It is your choice...hold it in and you will end up curled up in a ball from the pain...find an outlet and the pain won't go beyond the 10 level....YOU KNOW THIS
