frustrated..for the past couple days I have been trying to call to arrange the first of 3 surgeries to resolve a few problems I'm having. Each time I have called I get a recording telling me:
"If you know your parties extension dial it anytime..."
So, I dial...the recording continues as if I did nothing
"If you're calling to schedule surgery dial 8"
I hit 8...nothing...the recording continues
"Stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly"
Stay on the line...and the freaking recording starts all over again
