I know I'm late but...
chicken breasts cut into almost through, stuffed with fresh basil leaves, fresh mozzarella, and organic tomatoes, resting on a mixture of basil pesto, parmesan and cream. Baked until done.
YUMMY. served with steamed brocolli. few carbs.
