I just came to the alarming realisation that I didn't have any protein tonight...

Can see myself getting a bit hungry again before bed.
Anyway, my supper was:
Rice mixed with peanut sauce, leftover oyster mushrooms and three banana peppers sauteed (direct from farmer...part of my awesome Niagara fruit/veggie stand haul from this past weekend!). Also ate three peaches while I was making supper, lol (also from Niagara haul).

...but those Gardein ones are still pretty damn good! We also get their vegan beef tips sometimes too, those go real good in stir fry!
