[B]last evening: steamed italian sausages with sautéed peppers & onions with half a baked sweet potato...
TONIGHT: a mixed greens salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese stuffed olives, artichoke hearts, slivers of sweet onions, & strawberry vinaigrette with a small scoop of tuna salad on top..
