I had this 1950's radio announcer thing going on in my head. Like a baseball game as they run onto the field..."here they come onto the field...Smith is looking sharp in their new uniforms...blah-blah-blah"
It was a setting of the stage, sort of thing. A follow up from Lyte getting out the popcorn and settling in.
That's the best I can do with explaining my train of thought... that was why I said "first note". Like first note on the players..the setting of the stage.
