I saw two movies this weekend. One was this:

It was light and funny and sweet.

The other was this one:

It was so incredibly hard to watch. This is my history. My home. My people. It's a bizarre feeling to feel pride and shame at the same time. It's a fantastic movie. Be prepared for some heavy stuff though. This is American history, after all, and it's not pretty.
