If Lee wins (a Chris-esque kind of performer, though, imho, somewhat better than Chris), then he'll be caught up in the AI "machine" and bound and beholden to them, whereas Crystal will have more freedom to perform the kind of music which suits her best.
We'll hear more from her.
And I like that best, personally.

I read the other day about the breakdown of who gets how much money for what out of the finalists. I was totally surprised to read that the top (at least 4) get a certain amount of money per album. 1st gets say 100K, second 150k and so on. The top two were beholden to that mess till like album 10 or some other such fuckery. (I'm not positive but 100 or 200 K per album seems to be a small amount, but I really don't know). I mean they don't get rights to the songs etc.??
Anywho, if AI is paying them on this schedule, then they do have some sort of say on their content, I suspect. I saw very little difference between ranked 1 or 2 actually.
