I went to the gym today. 30 min. stairmaster (levels 1-4), 30 minutes weightlifting, floor exercises, and yoga.
I think Jill has joined another gym. She must not have been able to deal with the years of construction going on. When someone leaves the gym, you never know where they have gone!
