~ocean, that sounds really delicious! much more delicious than what I'm used to. I love the idea of a bread pudding and ginger sauce with the shrimp.
Here shrimp toast is chopped shrimp, egg, and whatever flavorings, spread on top of a piece of bread, cut in wedges, and then deep-fried. When I've had it other places, it didn't come with any kind of sauce.
