3 frozen bananas
handful frozen grapes
2 pcs frozen pineapple
5 frozen strawberries
2 heaping teaspoons Hemp seeds
2 pitted dates
1-1/2 c cold water
Blend til smooth. You may have to think it as it can appear more like ice cream! It's scrumptious!!
