handfuls of-
frozen blueberries
frozen cranberries
frozen grapes
2 frozen bananas
1 slice frozen pineapple
2 Tbsps. homemade almond butter made with almonds, dried cranberries, dates, and honey
1 & 1/2 c water

extra honey to taste
Blend til smooth. Tastes like heaven and very satisfying.
