I'll have to start coming back into the chatroom. On the plus, after watching so much of the Biggest Loser I decided to get the armband reader-thingie (geeky terminology). I've been wearing it since I got it yesterday afternoon. This thing is very cool! It's given me more of a reason to continue trying to lose weight. I've returned to a fully vegan diet and have targeted about 50% of my intake to be raw (not cooked or processed). I'm using Vega Smoothies as a supplement for protein.
I also started the P90X program today. I could only do 6 min of it.

Seriously tough stuff but it's a start. My schedule this last week (9am until 7pm) made me not want to really start but the next few weeks will be a more reasonable schedule (10-6pm) and I should be able to continue trying to get through more of the P90X programs. I'm trying to put it on my iPod to make it easier for me to be able to do the program without constantly looking at the laptop screen.
