I have a 15 pound pork roast in the oven, that's been roasting at 325 degree, since 1300 hrs. I seasoned it lightly with crushed Cumin seeds, sweet onions, cloves of garlic and a light touch of sea salt and cracked pepper.
We're eating a very late supper tonight, but the roast should be ready to serve in about an hour.
