Hi folks

I marched yesterday, and I am paying for it today.

I woke up at zero dark thirty today, freezing and shaking to my very core! I added a blanket and turned the heat on, but the gauge said 68 so wtf?

I became sick to my stomach and unable to hold down water, and was confused and disoriented. I looked up hypothermia, but it wasn't cold enough and my blood sugar wasn't low. I still haven't eaten because the thought of food is no bueno.

I don't have any idea what happened, so I skipped church and I am just sitting in my recliner with the dog. I hope your day is over easy!
