My Sweetheart made a Cuban traditional black bean soup for us, the other day. It's soooo delicious. I added shredded carrots, fresh sweet onions, and sprinkled shredded unsweetened coconut, to the soup base today.
For dessert, we are having Carrot cake. It's baking in the oven right now. By late this afternoon, I'll make a coconut cream frosting to put on the cake.
