I made a stir fry with turkey kielbasa, fresh zucchini and summer squash and frozen peppers. I made a thing of Birds Eye brown and wild rice (which also had carrots and broccoli in it) and mixed it together.
I think I would have been happy with just the kielbasa and veggies. Brown rice has never been my thang
