I slept pretty good last night but areas of my lower back and my hips are killing me. Maybe some sort of barometric pressure change is amplifying my pain levels? Don't know, really. So I'm up for the day, sipping on some hot Chai tea, reading news headlines, and will.work on a craft project later today.
