Last night was the final night of my heart study. I had to wait until one minute after midnight, technical time it ended, but I've got it all boxed up and ready for UPS to pick it up on Tuesday.

It was sooooo nice to sleep without the monitor going off, just as I'd fall asleep, *lol*.

I got about 7 hours of sleep last night.
I have kept myself busy today with small projects at home, so I am hoping I will settle into a nice long deep sleep tonight.
