Sautéed vegetables (crimini mushrooms, sweet red onion, snow pea pods, tiny baby carrots, yellow and red bell peppers) over protein-plus penna pasta, with chunks of albacore tuna.
Dessert: 3 tiny tea cookies and two large pieces of homemade caramels.
Hot Chamomile herbal tea (sweetened with local honey).
