It's just me, so I'm going to have a very late supper type of brunch: Four egg omelet with caramelized sweet onions and cloves of garlic; roasted artichoke hearts and roasted Brussel sprouts; evoo brushed toasted spelt bread; warm cashew, peanut, almond butter spread (for the toast). Mango-pineapple-guava juice, water, and hot herbal tea.
Chocolate mousse for dessert.
