Hoppy Easter!

We are heading to Church today, and then home for a quiet lunch with Hal.

I am making a yummy roast in the crockpot, along with (not in the crockpot) a chopped salad, loaded mashed potatoes and homemade biscuits. A chocolate fudge turtle cake will finish off the meal nicely!
