More bad than good. ..
I had to make a difficult decision for myself today. Its for the best but still hurts. And tonight I have to go back to work and see my lady in further decline. Its starting to affect me.
What I really need is a good, long strenuous hike. ...but its raining and threatening to storm...
Maybe I should just stay home and clean instead. Its good therapy too.
