I have left over Southern Fried Chicken, but I'm saving it for a meal this weekend.
Tonight I made a meatloaf, which is baking in the oven (right now).
I took 1.5 pounds of grass fed beef (Angus, very expensive

), and sliced up some organic green cabbage, cloves of garlic, and then made a flour mixture seasoned with curry powder, garlic powder, ginger powder and cracked peppercorns. Melted some bacon grease. Used some low salt soy sauce. And, three cage-free brown eggs. And, fresh rosemary.
I mixed it all up and put it in an parchment lined glass baking dish. It's very fragrant and will be very tasty, for supper tonight.
I still have Carrot Cake.
Most likely will have water and hot herbal tea to drink.
