Copy everything that comes after the v= in the URL (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0hiUuL5uTKc). Then click on the little YouTube button above where you are making your post. You will see this (YOUTUBE)(/YOUTUBE) pop up but with brackets instead of parentheses. Paste what you copied between those two YouTube tags. It should look something like this:

Then, voila!
