The night after my two hour sleep, I got 9 hours.
Last night, 5 hours.
The latest update from iOS keeps wanting to help me with "Bedtime". Some new app that I did not ask for but as usual, Apple gives them to you if you want them or not.
I know I should go to bed around the same time each night.
I know I should put my iPad down sooner because "blue light" or whatever it is called, is bad for good sleep.
I go to bed when I am tired. Sometimes it works, sometimes, it doesn't.
