I pulled my left shoulder out at Costco, the other day, while hefting cases of drinking water into the shopping buggy. With Dear Wife and me, 3 cats and 2 frogs using mostly nothing but bottled water for nearly everything (tap water here in Las Vegas is extremely hard, full of minerals and tastes like s**t), we go through several cases per month.

Apparently, I am old and horribly out of shape because something in my shoulder has been pulled. Ugh.

I got 4 hours last night. Just 4........

.....and I need 7-8 to feel "human".
