Made homemade pizza from scratch. I used saf instant yeast & raised dough on sunporch. The pizza then had sliced Roma tomatoes, fire roasted red peppers, onions, black olives, mushrooms, diced pepperoncini, fresh mozzarella, cheddar cheese, loose salt & pepper pork sausage, pepperoni, & parmesan cheese. The secret to avoid soggy crust from toppings is Olive oil. I also baked on a pre-heated pizza stone so used cornmeal on the bottom. It was fantastic!!
