Once again, I've been absent from writing in this thread, but not from lighting a few candles.

Today I lit a candle for Shadow. She's one of our rescues and has contracted this mouth infection that I think Silver had to be put down because of it last year. Our vet said we probably have a carrier that doesn't show any signs of the infection itself. Heck, at this point, I need to pray for all our rescues. If we find the resources to have Shadow tested, at least we'll know what to do for all the other kitties.
