love/hate relationship
Hi exercisers!
I have been an on/off exerciser for years.
In the past 7 months, I have
Quit smoking
Decreased my weight
Have been - weight training
cardio : bike, elliptical, and a little swimming
I hope to do more yoga : not impressed by my gym's instructor
Any recommendations for types of yoga? - I want to improve my flexibility
