I'm trying to find the CMYK breakdown to replicate this color, but nothing is working yet. I know some other people on it and someone will come up with the key. Pantone usually releases the CMYK values when they release new colors but I havne't found anything online. I'll keep looking and trying.

Try 70, 76, 0, 0. It looks very different on the Pantone website but pretty accurate on my desktop publishing software.
