I got up at 5 am to workout before it got hot. My father was a baker so it's not a problem for me to get up early. It's so peaceful!
Today I did,
100 sit-ups
10 push-ups
25 counted for planks
15 mountain climber
5 reps of 16 pounds arm weight.
I usually do 6 pound weights. I switch once in a while, depending on how I feel.
You all are awesome! Keep it up, your hard work will start to show. I see the definition in my stomach and I love it

. I have asthma and with this heat, I don't feel it because I've been working out.
