Yes, I have had a long time interest in Thurgood Marshall. I doubt we have any supreme court justice as prolific as Marshall, but I also think that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg sits side by side with Marshall. I think she is just as prolific in her method for testing and proving case law is just as technical as that of Thurgood Marshall.
